Result: following a disaster, I find myself not having what they were paid for, I think I solved the problem when it is not the case and I still have to type a disaster the following year. I recommend taking anyone other than this company. (Original) Ils ont omis de faire certains travaux qui étaient présents sur le devis qu’ils ont présenté à mon assureur en me disant qu’ils prenaient cet argent pour faire d’autres travaux chez moi qui n’ont pas non plus été faits. Résultat: suite à un sinistre, je me retrouve à ne pas avoir ce pour quoi ils ont été payés, je crois avoir réglé le problème alors que ce n est pas le cas et je dois encore me taper un sinistre l’année suivante. Je recommande de prendre n’importe qui d’autre que cette compagnie.
