Il devait sans doute être débordé par trop de demandes et peut-être un manque de personnel. Karl m'a fait la soumission en avril dernier et inspiré confiance. Mais après le début des travaux, il a cessé de travailler pour l'entreprise. J'ai donc dû réexpliquer à Zachary les particularités de mon projet, pour lequel il s'est montré attentif et rassurant. J'ai senti qu'il avait de l'expérience dans la pose de drains français, et que lui et les 2 employés qui l'accompagnaient faisaient de leur mieux. Pourtant, même s'ils font très bien ce qu'ils ont l'habitude de faire et que ça convient probablement dans la plupart des situations, j'ai l'impression que ce n'est pas dans la philosophie de l'entreprise de se préoccuper d'adapter leur travail aux particularités de la résidence (ex.: isolation d'un mur de fondation irrégulier, hauteur du drain par rapport au plancher intérieur, la pente du terrain pour l'écoulement de la pluie, l'emplacement des cheminées d'inspection par rapport à la circulation piétonne). Mais qui peut faire mieux?
