In several areas, competitors help each other in this kind of situation. But they don't seem to have this kind of practice ... Un technicien de cette compagnie s'est présenté à notre domicile afin changer le moteur défectueux de notre thermopompe achetée en 2012. Ce faisant, il "brûle" la carte de contrôle de l'appareil le rendant inutilisable (nous ne le savions pas à ce moment). Vu que l'appareil ne fonctionnait plus, mon épouse contacte, le lendemain l'entreprise. C'est à l'arraché qu'elle réussi a obtenir qu'un technicien vienne faire la réparation. Le technicien nous informe qu'effectivement c'est la carte de contrôle qui est grillée. Question d'ajouter l'injure à l'insulte, il émet l'hypothèse que la foudre peut être à l'origine de ce problème. Avant de quitter, il nous dit qu'il en informe qui de droit et que nous aurons un appel tôt le lendemain matin. Évidemment, pas de retour d'appel le lendemain. Mon épouse appelle donc pour s'enquérir de la situation. Réponse: -"nous sommes désolé mais la pièce n'est pas en stock"... Sérieusement, ils ont probablement vendu plusieurs centaines sinon des milliers de petite thermopompe de ce modèle (Fujitsu mural) et il n'ont pas, en stock, les pièces pour procéder à la réparation ???? C'est assez pee wee comme gestion des inventaires. Pourtant, le moteur, lui, ils l'avaient en stock. S'il s'était agit d'un modèle plus rare, mes commentaires auraient été plus réservés, mais là... Dans plusieurs domaines, les concurrents s'entraident dans ce genre de situation. Mais eux ne semble pas avoir ce genre de pratique... Je suis d'autant plus déçu qu'au niveau de l'installation, ça avait été un charme (très professionnel) et ça présageait bien pour la suite. Voila, c'est mon expérience avec le service après vente de cette entreprise.
