Trade-Rep Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job re-shingling a cottage roof. The expectation was to remove a single layer of shingles, but upon commencement of the job, three layers were found. One layer in particular was not ordinary shingles and very difficult to remove. In spite of the disruption to the company's work schedule, they agreed the job should be done right, so took the extra time and effort to remove all the old layers. Negotiating with Bill and Lee Ann was a pleasant experience, and they always ensured we were satisfied with the work and the result. (This included planning to work over a weekend if it should prove necessary.)

I had a wonderful experience with Trade-Rep and will be hiring them again for future work. During the pandemic, it was difficult to source reliable contractors. Trade-Rep gave me a professional quote quickly and it was competitively priced with top notch materials. They replied to all my questions and their team delivered the end product quickly with excellent workmanship, replacing my old skylights and a new roof in a matter of days. Everything was done to ensure I was 100% happy, and I am a picky customer! I would recommend Bill and Lee-Ann to anyone, some of my neighbours even asked for their contact info after seeing the efficiency and quality of the work that was done.

Trade- Rep did an awesome job in replacing the roof for my apartment building. Bill and Lee Ann were a pleasure to deal with, especially Lee Ann. Their proposal based on cost and scheduling was unbeatable, and additionally they were able to help me with my insurance claim. The onsite assessment and estimate were perfect; the installation by crew completed all the work without incident and on the day and time promised. They have a great disposition and their commitment to customer satisfaction is apparent in the work they do. It was obvious to me that this company works hard to maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

An excellent choice. A large team arrived right on time and got to work immediately, removing the old shingles. They showed and replaced a small piece of plywood that was damaged and replaced all the shingles by 3 the same day. They cleaned up decently enough but we did find a few nails and bits of plastic leftover, which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Bill , Lee Ann and Ivan team are tops in the Quinte area and solved a complex structural problem with a cracked main beam at the cottage.... that was elegant in nature. I have a hip/cottage style roof and the fellas came by about 07:30 to start on my roof today. By the time I got home from work just after 0900, two sections of my roof were already stripped and while 2 of the 3 workers were stripping the 3rd section, 1 was starting to shingle! These guys worked like men possessed and put a 12 plus hour day in. They cleaned up all their mess and picked up all the nails with a bar magnet. Bill worked with me to make sure the weather was right on the day they came. They even removed the rest of my chimney and covered over the hole! You won't be disappointed! Thanks guys! I must say to start. This company right from the bringing was fantastic and very professional. I'm a new manager at a big restaurant here in Belleville and had no idea where to start. After getting 4 quotes from other company's I was still lost and confused. Then Trade rep roofing came alone and explained everything to me on how and what they were wanting to do with all the costs laid out. They were very patient and accepted calls from me without hesitation if I had questions or concerns. We decided to go with this company because of that kindness they showed us. We had a small leak that revealed a much bigger issue with the roof. We needed a new roof including decking, ventilation and of course shingles. We also needed to have the insulation in the attic removed and replaced due to fungus. Bill explained the process and why he uses the top quality products he does. While this company was not the cheapest, I believe you get what you pay for and I am not opposed to pay for quality products and service, which is what we got. Bill and in fact his entire crew was willing to stop and answer questions, and explain anything I did not understand. They are a fantastic company to work with, very professional, polite, and respectful. I have no issues recommending them to anyone, and we are planning our next year's project using them again.
