Not nice at all... they told me they are going to come the day after, nobody showed up... the day after I called, somebody said they are going to come by the end of the day... nobody showed up....! I am calling today, she says I can’t make them to come.. !while I am talking to her she is so rude, keep saying you are talking... you are talking again... ! So rude and unprofessional...!

Issue has been resolved for now. To me the plumber should have been rectifying the issue but unfortunately they never answered the phone. Scott's took the initiative to help cover the costs of the repair for the pump. Thank you

Took them 2 weeks from the day we were told us they’d show, only to not tell us they were coming on that day, being one car left in the driveway. Nobody bothered to go ask for it to be moved, instead just worked around it, then left. Half my driveway is unfinished and they will not come back and finish their job. Disgusting people. Will be making sure anybody I know will never be using this service!

They did an awful job on our driveway. Whenever it warms up it turns into a clay pit and there is giant ruts in the driveway because of how deep my car sinks. When called to fix their mess they came back, didn't properly fix it. Now my landlord has been chasing them to try and get them to properly fix it. We will see if they do. I would give 0 stars if possible the work was unacceptable. Been dealing with giant frozen ruts in the driveway that bottom put my car if I hit it when backing out. With all the ice going on and having to do an early commute did not appreciate dealing with that.
