We bought tiles here for our entry way and we they helped us choose the right tile for the price range we were looking for. We did the install ourselves, so I can not review that part. We are getting window covers for the bedrooms right now, an employee came to take measurements without charge and she even came back, when we changed our minds on type and look, just to make sure everything was correct. They will be installed by GW, so when that is done, I will update my review. So far, we are really happy with the business and the service they provide, they have quality products for almost every budget.

We have used gordon wall flooring on over 10 flooring jobs and have purchased hundreds of gallons of paint over the last 9 years. They stick to their quotes, show up on time and I have yet to have an install I am not happy with. We have purchased: Linoleum, carpet, vinyl planking, tile, and paint.

great people the lady and gentlemen that work there are awesome and knows what their talking about as I'm horrible for names its driving me crazy. I went in ordered flooring for my bathroom she was extremely helpful and full of ideas and when my order came in the product came damaged no fault of theirs, they had quickly reordered our flooring and apologized for the inconvenience. Now being a welder by trade i was a deer in headlights when it came to tile her hilarious since of humor was uplifting as i was gonna beat my head against the wall with all the questions I had to answer. She was quick to run with my idea and while being fair slow on what i needed she was steps ahead of me and had everything written out and ready to order. The wife had changed her mind about the bathroom size and i was in need of more flooring they happen to have the previous floor that came in damaged and being only a few corners that were damage it was still more that what we were going to need and lets just say when it came to a deal for it in the end you couldn't wipe the smile off the wife and my face. thank you for taking so many stresses off us financially and mentally lol. We have the whole house to re floor and we will be back

I have a bad comment and bad review of this business. The materials were great, but the installation was not acceptable. I complained, they came and inspected, said they would get back to me (that was 10 months ago) I called a couple of times but have never heard back. This was a $3172.69 job and appears the only recourse is to pay someone else to re-do job. We would be happy to have anyone who is considering purchasing goods from here to come and take a look for yourself. The 100% guarantee is worth 0%.
