We just had Twelve Points clean our ducts, furnace, AC, etc and they did a fantastic job, wearing PPE of course. Heads up, they cost more than the people that call/harass you unsolicited <500 million times per year. Though you can clearly see the value in the quality of service and professionalism they provide. Also, it's always a joy to see a Black-owned company operating with such excellence and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them as well.

We were fortunate to come into contact with Rupert and his nephew when our rescue cat went head first through a second floor vent. He patiently worked for 90 minutes to move her through the system. Eventually she ended up in the basement and Rupert returned to replace the ducts. We found him very amiable and willing to do whatever to help.
