Great experience with Leroy! Had a furnace that wasn't staying on in -10C temperatures. Called Leroy through a referral at 8 am - he was polite on the phone. He arrived in the morning - exactly when he said he was going to come, with a pre-call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me the price, did the repair and was on his way. He was kind and friendly, honest, transparent and accepted e-transfer which is great. Will totally keep his business card handy for next time.

Leroy was awesome. Simple as that. I called him on a weekday at 6pm and he shows up at 6:15 pm to service my AC unit. Test was done and repair was done. I called him again to service my pool heater. Again late evening. He said he would come to service it first thing in the morning. Again awesome. Part replaced and pool heater is now working. Pricing was fair but it was the service that got me. Leroy helped us out in a very tough situation. The A/C did not seem to turn on, even after an hour, and we were worried that the furnace (new in 2020) had a problem with the fan. He came out very quickly and after a couple of minutes here, the problem was solved, and the A/C was working. With the day turning to 31 degrees C (humidex of 41), he was a life saver!
