Bought a house to find out it needed major mold remediation. WINMAR was very responsive to my request for a quote and Chris booked me in quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had with no issue. The work that was done was thorough, well beyond what I expected and all the crew members who came were very kind and knowledgeable as well. You pay slightly more for the work, but once you see their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work, there is no denying you are getting what you paid for and more. I would recommend WINMAR!

A couple months ago, we became part of the leaky pipes group. It happened so fast and it was very stressful. Luckily, we were covered by insurance. I knew right away the person I wanted to help us. There were a few options, however based on previous experience, I specifically asked for Chris at Winmar. Chris (project manager) and his team were so quick in responding to our water issue! They were all so friendly, respectful and understanding of our situation. Chris provides the guidance needed to get the job done and escalates the repairs as quick as he can. Winmar was amazing to work with! I contacted Chris and he called the pest control company who recommended him directly, just to ensure that we were both on the same page about the issue and solution. He came out, gave me a quote, and then scheduled in my project. His crew was on time, so polite, hardworking (and a terrible heatwave did not deter this!), and cleaned up so well that my property looks even better than it did initially. The results are more thorough than what I was anticipating, and the crew went way above and beyond in the project, replacing some old latticework, fixing two sets of stairs, and straightening my fence as they went along (these needed to be removed to get at the foundation of the house). They were so fantastic and easy to work with that I just booked them in for a second project.
