Excellent work. Far exceeded my expectations. Eavestrough, fascia & soffit look amazing. I live in an older house, the upgrades and repairs were desperately needed. The hard work they did, especially this late in the season is very appreciated. I would recommend Til-Ka Construction to anyone needing work done on their home. Thanks to everyone involved.

We had Til-ka Construction Inc do our shingles eavestrough and downspouts last week and they did a super job. Once they started it was very efficient and quick. Very professional. When Ryan came by to give the quote he made sure I understood what they would be doing. The quote came later on that day and we confirmed. When the crew was taking down the old eavestrough they pointed out to me what was wrong and how to fix it and even took pictures to show my husband. Price was comparable. We will be calling them when we need to have work done in future.

I had a problem with the mismatch on color of shingles and shingle pieces blocking up a drain. I've left 3 messages and they have yet to call me back. Usually they do a great job and are very responsive but not this time. Has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Tilka did a great job. They reshingled my roof on my house and garage. Jim the owner is great to talk to about colour choice etc. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. The house looks great. They cleaned up and were all very respectful asking questions to ensure I was happy with what they were doing including trimming back some tree branches that were in the way. Huge thanks.

Til-ka Construction provided Siding and installation on my home. They also installed Gutter Guard. I found them exceptional to deal with. Prices were fair. Admin/sales was on their game and provided top notch recommendations and the trades people were professional and prompt. I would highly recommend this firm.
