Extremely helpful and kind. I called about our exhale/inhale pipes for the furnace - one's condensation was blocking the other one which would make the furnace shut off. He was very helpful and came within a half hour and was finished in 15! Says it should fix the problem immediately. Very pleased and am happy to have a company we can rely on in case of any future furnace needs! Thanks so much.

I called Ljubo a few months ago because our heater stopped working. I previously called four other businesses and he was the only one who picked up for me. It was a cold winter day and he went out of his way to come our home after all his booked appointments. He spent a good amount of time fixing our heater and was very kind and professional. Last night our heater stopped working again so of course I called Ljubo first thing in the morning (before 9 am). He was at our home within an hour or so and replaced our furnaces circuit board that burned out last night. He was very efficient, very professional and kind. I highly recommend his services! Our house is nice and toasty now, Thank you Ljubo! :)

I have had LDR install my Air Conditioning Unit and then service my Furnace for the past 5 plus years. Lubo's service is excellent. Prompt, courteous and fixed right, the first time. Very reasonable rates. I would reccommend them without question.

I call the company on the weekend looking for a capacitor for my ac unit. And he had one and wanted to charge me double for it ($50) for a $25 part. Then I called him back later in the week to check refrigerant levels in the ac unit as it was not cooling very well. And he remembered that I called him about the capacitor, and because I did not buy it from him ($50.00) he he did not want to come service the ac unit. Where he could have made more money from the service. Not very professional at all. It is in poor taste to try and hold a potential customer at ransom for not buying over priced parts from them. I recommend Shopping some place else

I called about the furnace/air cond. leaking water onto the basement floor and he came within an hour and half of my call. He fixed the problem in about 15 min. and would not accept payment when he was finished. A knowledgeable and very friendly man. When was the last time you saw a tradesman come to your house and fix a problem for free. It just doesn't happen. I'm more than thrilled. Kudos to this company.
