Waited for another local plumber for days and days "he just stepped out" "I'll call you tomorrow" same thing again and again. We called M R Plumbing and Mike went to the property, looked at it, called us back, offered advice, DID THE WORK, and contacted the city on our behalf... WITHIN TWO HOURS. The "other guys" in town called us back after all was already said and done, tried to quote us that the city needs to be involved, that it was a lot of work, that the city needs to come do the work... either doesn't know what he's talking about or trying to con us.
