Absolute disgrace, very rude. Very late to respond to a no heat callout, arrived at the end of the day just to leave as they werent willing to work overtime, why not just tell me to call someone else then instead of leaving us in the cold all night! Owners response was rude and unempathetic, zero stars is more than they deserve. The next local electrician was quick to respond, very polite, charged accordingly. When i told him i was left hanging by another local electrician he assumed correctly which one it was. Clearly this outfit has a poor reputation in town, dont learn the hard way like i did.
