Special for the day was nachos and Margueritas. Showed up at 10pm and they were out of nachos and the blender was broken. So here's an idea: make a different special! Or at least offer a comp to people who specifically order them both. No such luck. Also, putting up all the chairs an hour before close can be seen as a sign that our patronage is no longer required.

I make this post based on multiple visits to the restaurant side in 2016. There are always large messes on the carpet, being left for hours and hours. There was about 2 tbsp of ranch dressing on the carpet, and the waiter went to sit my party there. when we pointed out the mess, the solution was to place the table over top of the mess (no clean up). I also went there and ordered steak bites that came raw. They then proceeded to place my partially eaten food back on the grill to reheat, then reserved the food on top of the contaminated fries and place from the original order. i wont be giving this place another chance for a long time.

Everytime I go to Boston Pizza I have the beef dip. Good sandwich. Grilled onions, peppers and mozzarella cheese with roast beef. Nothing deep fried and greasy. Plus, I always take half home for another meal. Today, instead of grilled onions, there were deep fried, breaded onion rings in the sandwich. I asked about it and was told "that's how they make it now". I love onion rings but I don't eat them because they are deep fried and greasy. Plus, they aren't good in the sandwich and I'd have to take them out of the half I take home or they'll be all soggy. I won't order it again if "that's how they make it now".

It's just Boston pizza. You get your Boston pizza food and you can watch the jets game. You will not be able to play VLT's on Friday or Saturday. And the locals that go here are normally pretty drunk and try to be friends with you so you will buy them drinks. If you're an out of towner you will get a nice meal I recommend just staying in the dining room.

Was good meal. Went with wife for lunch since we were up for a medical appointment. Wife had the beef dip and kick n onion rings and I had the quesadilla and fries. Wife thought the onion rings were going to be a bit better and the portions of onion rings and fries could be better but other then that service was great greeted at upon entry, showed to our table quickly and server checked on us through portions of the meal to make sure everything was good.

I ordered take out due to COVID. I got back to my hotel room to my surprise my order was not complete. I call back and inquire, they stated part of my order is still there and if I wanted it, I have to be willing to pick it up. I said I was willing the first time when I went to pick it up. I was not okay with two trips for one order, that should have been complete. I asked for the remaining of my order to be delivered, to which they agreed. I get my chicken pecan salad, and another surprise. It had NO PECANS. Seriously... And I left a tip for take out. Not to mention my order took quit awhile to be delivered.

Find this restaurant very hit and miss. Sometimes the food is Great, sometimes it mediocre? And only once it has had to go back because it's raw. Cleanliness is normally okay. Servers are normally great though and deal with any issues promptly.

Our son's kids meal was 5 minutes behind our pizza, and they gave us a deep discount on the bill, as well as two free kid's meals for future visits. The waitress was great, and the manager even came over to apologize. Standard Boston Pizza fare, excellent customer service.

No cutlery with take out. Used torn cardboard to eat pasta. Greeter didn't smile or make eye contact. Asked where washroom was... she goes "yes" and continues to ignore me. We ordered take out and the pizza was alright but not good enough to justify their prices. The wings however were very poor. They put next to no sauce on them. I've always had great wings at other BP's. They also have a forced tip option when you pay by card. Make sure to look in the box before paying or tipping.

We were very disappointed with our food tonight we have order a few times when restaurants were in lock down and the take out was amazing but now that the restaurant is opened to the public the take out is suffering terribly. This place checked vaccincard before being seated. There are space dividers between the booths. There is a QRcode on the table for menu and paying for the bill which is super easy, handy and Covid friendly. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and caring. I enjoyed my experience here. Quality chain food restaurants... That is pretty much it. Boston offers a good food, but a little bit expensive compared to other restaurants in town. Only downside is there is not much around to compare with so they win. The staff in the night is a little slow sometimes, but never missed any order so I'm ok waiting a little longer.

Great place. The food is actually better than other Boston pizzas. The service is lightning fast. I suggest trying out the meals on the last page, they can be healthy and are delicious. I ate here almost every night during my business trip, and the waitresses were very polite and appreciative of my business. All in all a great atmosphere. Good place to drink to :).

Some great options for vegetarians and those that are gluten free (be aware of cross contamination). Their cauliflower crust, personal size only, is excellent. Their pasta is usually pretty good (although they removed the Mediterranean pasta from menu - bad move) and now they offer a GF vegan burger ????. I’m sure it can be very good but this is the item that deducted a star from the review as mine was slightly burnt. All in all, it’s a BPs and like any other BPs they’re flavours are par with the chain.

Sadly my friend and I were denied entry to the lounge tonight. My friend left his ID in the hotel room never thinking we would get carded at the door. Both of us are men in our 50's. At 545pm Sunday night and only 3 other people inside I thought it was a joke. Nope Rules are rules and its the law she said. Wow , off to the restaurant side we went. Our food was fantastic and the service was awesome. I can't wait for this covid b.s to be over with. Hopefully the old staff will return and we will be welcomed back with Smiles. I've been going there since it first opened. Staying nextdoor for a week made Boston Pizza our first choice. Now not so sure........anyone know the score of the hockey game ? Lol

staff was amazing, checked in frequently and was very polite while also being proper. food was better than average, but i personally didn't enjoy it too-too much. only issue was that we didn't get our starters as promised, only, we got them after our main courses in a to-go bag. the waiter apologized profusely and was very kind about it. overall, a very solid restaurant, one of the best i've been to and i'd probably visit it another time soon.

Was in Thompson for a business trip. Went to Boston Pizza for dinner. Food was good. Ordered the Memphis chicken sandwich. Everything was actually pretty good. No complaints. The bun wasn't dry and the chicken was tender. Fries were also good. Service was also good. My waitress was friendly and quick with my order. I will eat here again next time I'm in town.

My windshield shattered from the snow this past winter and called this firm after I couldn’t find a firm in Manitoba to complete the repairs/replacement. Jeff advised me to bring my boat to his shop so he could check what repairs were needed. After checking, Jeff advises “leave your boat and I will complete the repairs/replacement.” July long weekend Jeff called to advise the repairs/replacement were completed and that I could pick my boat up. I traveled from Norway House to pick my boat up up was extremely pleased with the quality of work completed for the repairs/replacement. I strongly recommend 2zero4 for windshield repairs/replacement work. The professionalism and customer service displayed and provided was awesome. I tremendously appreciated the customer service and quality of work provided to me by Jeff and his colleagues. Based on my experience, there is really no other place in Manitoba that will take the time to provide the customer service and commitment to do this work. Thank you!
