I called asking for a quote on a cement pad I was transferred to a man named Aleic. I explained I was looking for a quote for a 20 x 40cement pad. He said do you have a structural design i said i do not he said I cant do so I said I live in an unorganized town. He said ok when do you want it I said I'm not sure it depends on how much. He said well the price depends on when. So pick the fall ot next year so I said ok let's say this fall.. he said I have no availability.. so I said ok what about next year..he said and I quote. " Not interested " and hung up.. ok what?? I get that this is a small town but.. Aleic.. you kept me in the phone asked that many questions...when you are just not interested in the job.. instead of saying that in the beginning, you were rude and short for the whole conversation...so Aleic let me explain I own 3 business I'm 34 years old and own 4acres of property with no mortgage so that just goes to show you that I am a successful business person and never in a million years would I ever treat anyone then way you did..I should not have to reveal my income or who I am for you to treat me with respect.. I truely hope you see this and I hope that it helps you to realize that no matter how big or small a job is how much money or social standing you client has everyone should be treated with the same respect!

DO YOUR CALCULATIONS! Originally had a quote(24x24x6 Slab) for X amount of dollars. Few weeks later went to get another quote (16x24x4) and went to tell me its the same price. I asked why and he sent me some rough cross section of the perimeter and said it was the same amount of concrete. He then said he made a mistake on the original quote in terms of the dimensions for the perimeter. After sending emails with calculations to prove to him that it was about 33% less concrete on the "corrected" original quote. Then said "not interested". Wasn't even willing to take on the business at his quoted price. Wouldn't work with me to come to a compromise. Just disappointed with the quality of service and professionalism. I can't believe a company like this doesn't have software to determine the amount of concrete for jobs.
