Terrible service and timing, my pool was left in a mess and I could not use it and Waterside just never came back to get my pool up and running I finally, after many unanswered call, got another company and they were excellent. The boss was all talk to get me out of the office...broken promises but lots of charges!!! I feel really sorry for the staff

Paul and his staff put my Radiant pool in 3 years ago. They did a great job. It looks the same as the day they put it in. Every year I go back for advice on maintenance and they are always there to help. They have awesome glasses for pool side drinks too. The glasses look real but are plastic. Love love these guys. Great pool toys too. Thanks for everything you guys do for me and my family. See you all in the Spring

I can't say enough about Paul and the staff at Waterside Pools. We have been working with Paul since he installed our pool in 2005 and have always had the best service. When it came time to get a hot tub, Waterside was our obvious choice. They were always good to communicate on the status of our hot tub while we were waiting for it to come in. When it arrived, the team came and set it up very quickly and efficiently and their instructions on how to use and maintain it were clear. They are always a phone call or message away when I have a question. I would highly recommend Waterside.
