I entered a contest ARL Mechanical had on Facebook to win a free heat pump. I had never dealt with them before. I was informed on a Monday morning that I won and was pleasantly surprised to have it installed that Thursday. I love it so much I can't believe I didn't get one sooner. The team was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain the system to us. I highly recommend their services.
