Big thank you to Jamie, Evan and the crew at CHR Roofing & Eavestrough for the great work on our garage roof. They do quality installs at reasonable rates. Very professional and skilled outfit, they make it look so easy. I really appreciated their advice, the extra effort on the clean up (place is cleaner then when they got here) and the crew even fixed the sagging eavestroughs on my house. If you need a roof done, call these folks and tell them I sent you. I wish every contractor was this helpful.

I called this company to do some small work on my roof and gave 250.00 deposite. I talked with Norm Pilon the proprietor of the company many times to get specific times as when he and his company to do the job, he lied to me so many times about dates" that he would definitly come and never came after many months later of waiting, i finaly called him back and said I had enough and just wanted my money back. Some guy did show up in the morning after two weeks had gone by that I had camcelled everything, and BTW, it was raining so hard that day that when he mentioned he was going to get started" I had to look at the guy and say to myself are you effing kidding me? I told him(Nick) that i thought he came to bring back my money, but he said he had no idea that the servies were cancelled? he said also that this happens all the time, and that companies go under becuase of this and said bye and left. This issue has been brought to the BBB and Im still waiting for any response. i think that I lost my money unfortunatly and Norm has basically stole it from me. I have never ran across or had any problems with contractors before and this has got to be the worse ever, not only they never did the work but they STOLE MY MONEY AND RAN OFF WITH IT!!! I warn any potential future custmers that this company can be quite ruthless and leave you in the dirt since theres no one at their office, you can only get ahold of these people throught their cell phones. These people have the potential of keeping your refund if they want to and feel entitled to do it since theres no other way to to get it back!

CHR has a very friendly owner and staff! I would recommend them to any homeowner. They used tarps to protect gazebo, patio and other areas. Made sure to clean the premises of debris and nails. They bill the quoted price and work is done as promised. Thank you CHR Roofing

CHR shingled our roof in the spring of 2018. Prior to their work we never had any roof issues. Last winter our roof leaked and this winter we have ice build up where they improperly removed the chimney. They shingled over our vents and we had to have them come back to get the vents installed. I would never recommend this company.

This is a reply to CHR Roofing's claim that Peg Ferguson is not a genuine customer. Attached is a copy of the receipt from her transaction with CHR Roofing. The fact that I am having to provide an additional review to justify the validity of the original purchase speaks volumes to CHR Roofing's customer service, and will tell you more about their workmanship than my own review will. Typically a business who stands behind their product would avoid pointing fingers and claiming the review did not come from an actual customer. I would assume that a quick look though CHR Roofing's own records would in fact show the review is legitimate. If CHR had a shred of decency, they would inquire privately with the person who posted the review, rather than play the blame game and refuse to take responsibility for poor service. So, CHR Roofing, your move. Contact me if you wish. And a word of friendly advice, it's best not to question someone else's integrity if you don't have any yourself. EDIT: 3 February 7:07am. Dear CHR Roofing, I'd like to address a few points raised. "Please contact me propely by phone." Is this not something you should have done yourself, rather than calling Peg Ferguson a fake customer? Why not contact her properly (spelling) by phone before attacking her publicly on a Google Review? "I have no idea who you are ? Nor have you contacted me in regards to your issue s . You don't show up on Facebook under peg Ferguson" Facebook probably isn't the most reliable means to track your customer history. I'm Peg Ferguson's son, I am a school teacher in the UK and do not use my full name on any public websites simply for my own privacy. I should add, I would have had no reason to contact you through a Google Review had you dealt with the feedback from Peg Ferguson in a professional manner. Claiming that she is a "fake customer" is absurd, and accusing me of being a "fake Facebook profile" is laughable. "Actually I just looked up both of you , this is a fake Facebook profile ??" Sadly not a fake profile, this is my genuine Google Account. I am Peg's son, and after she told me about her experience with your reply to her review, I felt compelled to get involved. "Please contact me ? I have no knowledge of this job , that's my signature forged ??" I will try to do so today. Please be aware that I live in England and if Caller ID allows, my number will appear a bit strange. I'll attempt to phone you at 8:00am local time for you (1:00pm for me). That is certainly not a forged signature, as it was the document provided to the customer from CHR Roofing. Just so you are aware, I will be continuing to update this review after our conversation, and I am more than happy to revise and remove this entire review, on the basis that you handle the issue in a professional manner.

Terrible experience dealing with this unorganized company! They are quick to come out and give you a quote and take your money but will never come out and do the actual work every day they were giving me a different excuse why they dint come I strongly advise to STAY AWAY!

Regardless of some complications stemming from COVID, the owner Jamie always kept in touch, was very easy to communicate with and in the end, he delivered a fantastic end product. I wanted to write a review as this company did some roofwork for me back in 2018. This past summer, my roof leaked. They tried to blame it on chimney and would noy come to take a look. Had a roofer friend go up to see what problem was. When i called back, they tried to argue until i had my friend talk to Jamie. He got someone to come and fix it, and for that i was grateful. But when i called back about the damages, he argued and said "lady, we fixed your roof, what more do you want". He waived me off and told me he was too busy and i should go through insurance. Jen and Tim are also friends of mine, and posted as such. So it would be appreciated not being called out on a public commentary page.
