Upon reading the positive reviews and the range of services offered, I decided to also have them quote on a few other plumbing jobs. This was a 5-star experience from the get-go. Scheduling the quote was easy, efficient and they were able to work around my schedule. Same goes for scheduling the actual work. Everything was done in the same day and all three technicians were polite, punctual and professional. To top it all off, the rates were very fair and competitive. As someone who is new to Stratford, it's nice to know that I've already found my 'go-to' provider for heating, cooling and plumbing solutions.

Highly recommend Dave Bick and his team, professional, efficient, reasonable price and extremely high quality of work. I recently moved to Stratford after buying a century home. We didn't want to compromise the majestic structure or building strength of a house built in the early 1900's. We called upon Dave and his team to provide cooling at the same time retaining our boiler and radiator heating system. Dave recommended and installed several units to cool both the second and first floors, using the attic to house some of the equipment, something I thought was very clever. At the time I was looking for help, I thought it might not be possible to bring air conditioning to such an old, big house without having to switch to forced air heating. I am happy that all our expectations were met and exceeded! Do not hesitate to call Dave and his team, you will not regret your decision.

House started to get cold last night, checked my furnace and it wasn't lighting. Left a message on the voice mail and called family to borrow some electric heaters. Not only had they returned my call in minutes, but were in my basement fixing the furnace before my wife got back with the borrowed heaters from 3 blocks away. Took about 20 minutes total to fix the problem, got the heat back on, very quick and professional. Reasonable rates too.

Hi. My ac died this summer. I got a few quotes from local installers, I got a quote from Bick because of the amazing reviews. I was not disappointed. From the very first phone call, to the installers finishing the job, I was very pleased with the service and the way they always took time to answer any questions I had. I ended up replacing my furnace as well. The prices were right in line with the other quotes I got, but the personal service puts Bick ahead of them all. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a appointment for a quote, we drove an hour away and waited for the day, for no one to show up or even call us. We called the following day and talked to the receptionist about the no show and she said she would get back to us. Once again this ended in a no call back. I would NOT recommend this company

Chris and Sam just left a little while ago, after fixing a leaking configuration of pipes under my kitchen sink. I can't tell you how happy I am I called Bick H & P. I did my research and asked friends for recommendations, because I am fairly new to the area and had no idea who to call. Chris answered any questions I had, and both he and Sam were polite, respectful, and efficient. They double checked the 'fix' and checked out the other sinks as I had asked them too. Now I know who I will call for any future needs!! Thank you so very much for making this first experience a very good one!
