We had what I consider to be a serious problem with a concrete basement walkout. The wall was cracked and was tipping inwards. My worst nightmare was that it had to all be dug out and be replaced ($$$). Instead, Glenn proposed an economical repair by just digging out behind, reinforcing the wall with steel ties and insulating for future frost protection. He and his team did the work as promised and but most importantly went the extra distance to deal with an unforeseen problem that came up after the work started. A 5-star contractor, like Glenn, will make sure their work is 100% no matter what. Thank you for that extra effort.

I certainly felt I was in the hands of a competent trained professional as Jeremy described the -very common - issues with leaking concrete basements and talked me through the process as he made my cracked concrete basement walls whole again. Cost is reasonable. Make an appointment, get an estimate, pick a date, and you’re done and dry!

Our house was built in the 1960's so it wasn't a surprise that the basement had a couple of cracks in it. wisecracks was recommended by our realtor and we were very satisfied with the job they did on the first cracks. When I was doing some renovations in the basement I found some more cracks so I was a repeat customer. this last call was for a serious leak around an old sewer pipe that I discovered after a heavy rain. I became a repeat customer again and to my pleasure this didn't seem like any more of a challenge to them than a normal crack.
