Ordered oil from here on multiple occasions, horrible customer service on pretty much every occasion. Very difficult to deal with, unable to accurately supply time of delivery, customer service rep extremely unhelpful and accusatory (like it's my fault I wasn't home outside of the 24 HOUR window she gave me for delivery??). Order from Chaytor's instead.

I’m not sure how business is done in NL but if Harvey’s is any indication I will never invest again in the province. Your communication is atrocious, customer service pitiful and rudeness astonishing.

Really bad client service, late deliveries, non processed orders.. rude staff and even ruder managers... would absolutely urge anyone considering Harvey’s to go to a different homenoil provider.

Exceptional Service second to none!!!! I had a late night call from one of my tenants who was experiencing furnace issues. I called the emergency line and in less than an hour and a half, he arrived at the house, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was on his way! They were there when needed....ya can't beat that by' ;-)
