We are really impressed with the solid work done at our house yesterday. Devon, Steve and Scott were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were also very diligent, carefully checking every detail to ensure our mini-split and the accompanying electrical additons were installed to the highest technical standards. Finally, the office was very accommodating with the scheduling and kept us well informed, giving ample notice leading up the consultation and installation dates. Top notch service and work :)

Had a mini split installed by Aire Serv. The service was great. The initial consultation with Glendon allowed us to make an informed decision on the product and the company. We felt, for our money, that Aire Serv would provide the best service before and after the sale. On the day of install, Devon and Scott showed up on time for the install. They were very professional and answered all of our questions and made sure we knew how to operate the unit before leaving. Also, the techs made sure to clean up their work before leaving, it was like they were never here. I have enjoyed the benefit of air conditioning so far this summer, but really look forward to the heating and mostly the savings, this winter. Highly recommended.

We went with Aire Serv as we valued service over lowest price and we were told that the differentiator with them was their service. "If you have a problem with your system and we have an install booked we will prioritize existing customers first." This sounds great until you take them up on it. Within a day or two our heat pump started making a clicking sound that would sometimes go on for hours and it was annoying. When we contacted Aire Serv they told us the best they could do was an appointment in a months time. Funny how we signed paperwork on a Monday and had the pump installed on a Friday yet after they have our money they are magically booked up for a month with urgent appointments. Regardless our pump still worked so we dealt with it. A few nights ago the unit stopped producing heat. They gave us an appointment for today at 230 so I took the afternoon off work and come 3 o'clock no technician. When I called the office they said they got stuck on another job and mentioned something about training? I understand things happen but not even a phone call to explain or reschedule? The office was aware of the delay when I called yet no one reached out. Now they can't come until tomorrow afternoon so now I have more time tied up. The "paying for service" lines we were fed when shopping around were absolutely untrue and its obvious that we paid more for nothing. Very unprofessional experience with both the product and the company. The technicians who installed were very courteous I will say but don't lie to customers about making them a priority when it's clearly not the case. Will definitely advise friends and family to be weary when doing business with this company.

Staff were very easy to get along with and to get answers to questions about their products. Even though there was an electrical problem during installation, an electrician was summoned, came immediately and installation was completed before the end of day. Even though the heat pump has only been operational for a couple of days, it has made the whole house warmer and my cat has changed resting rooms to be in the same room as the heat pump!

Before I start my review, I should note the technicians are great. My annual check should have been in July 2021. The machine would have been only be installed for a year at this point. They did not come until October. There was a part on the machine broken. It was ordered that day. I was called almost roughly 6 weeks later stating that they could come in January 26 2022. That leaves me without my HVAC for 3 months. When I complained it was rescheduled to Dec 20 tentatively. Considering the cost of the machine and installation, and that it is only a year old; I would not recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter earlier this week and wanted to recommend it to others. We had signed up for maintenance on our air exchanger but were unsure what to expect. As first time home owners we had lots of questions about our heat pump, air exchanger, hot water tank, etc. Our technician, Mervin, was great answering every question and even helping us to better understand a few quirks about our new home we have been trying to sort out since we moved in. Based on his excellent service, we decided to try the Home Plan for a year, which has already saved us more money than the membership fee. Mervin never pressured us, chatting through our options and allowing us to decide. We were so impressed that we intend to request him for any further service calls. He is very experienced and it really shows! Overall, if you need someone to help you with your home maintenance in the St. John's area, we strongly recommend you give them a try!

My first experience, with Aire Serv, was with the expert installation of a new, highly efficient, very "green" HVAC unit to replace a less than efficient system (installed in 2009 when the house was finished) that had burnt up two motors in less than 9 years. From the customer service staff (the ones on the phone that you never see!!) right on through the finalization of the installation, everyone that I dealt with were, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. When it came time to have the heat pumps and mini/multi splits installed, there was no question who I was calling first (and the only company I called). Again, professionalism beyond compare.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs. Devon answered all the questions and concerns that my wife and I had re our mini split.
