Called at beginning of month asking for a service call as my heat pump stopped working. Was told they would reach out with a date and time. A week went by and then I received a call from the service tech who was on the way to my house with out any notice. I informed him that I wasn’t told about the date and time and I was not near my house at the time. He informed me that he would get the office to call me. 1 week has past and I did a follow up call with message and never received a call back it’s been a week since.

If you're looking for a heat pump, RSI is the company to go with. Ryan came in and gave me several options. I had lots of questions that were promptly answered by email. Installation was done very professionally; the technicians removed their boots every time they came in the house and cleaned up any mess created from the install. I'll be in the market for a second heat pump in the next year and will be giving RSI my service then too.
