Johan did our driveway extension and backyard pad. BOth turned out great. Johan was always on time and responsive which is very important and made the whole process very pleasant to deal with.

Zero Stars for this guy. DO NOT HIRE! Johan gave me a great quote and that is where it ended. The worse stamped concrete jobs i have ever seen. i could have done a better job myself and i know nothing about stamped concrete. Pits and blemishes everywhere (he said it was because of the way he threw the colour on the concrete). Johan should have turned the job down because it was too large for his skill level. The stamping is very inconsistent where some areas don't have any pattern at all. I was reluctant but did pay him. I should not have. Now after the first winter I have a massive amount of Spalling. i am going to have to have the entire patio taken out and redone. I cant stand to look at it anymore. i guess small claims court is my only recourse as he will not even back up his work. Pay a little more and hire a professional. I will post pictures soon.

There’s one thing I have to say about Johan he’s spectacular!! We were new to Simcoe and he came with very short notice to our house and put a , very professional I might add, concrete gazebo pad in. He has also on several occasions gone out of his way to help us with jobs around our property that he doesn’t usually do. Anything he’s done for us he does well! My wife is a real estate agent and will recommend him to everybody! Thank you Johan
