Recently had 2 doors replaced on our house. The Haines team was great. There were some hiccups with the order but Haines was responsive to our concerns and handled everything very quickly. The installation looks amazing (kudos to those guys!) and our Front door gets so many compliments. No more drafty doors.

These guys are excellent to deal with and their crew were phenomenal. They were hard working and extremely professional. We had a Timberline HD roof installed about a week ago and opted for the ridge vent in order to eliminate all those roof vents. My brother is a retired home designer/contractor in Northern Ontario and he too just had the same product installed on his home. Mark was great to work with as our sales rep too!

Very pleased with the work performed. We had a quote within 2 days of calling. The timeline for a new roof was 4weeks away, however, they were able to schedule us in sooner. It was nice to get it done. They found some problem areas and were quick to advise us, and consulted with us prior to doing upgrades. The roofers were careful and worked safely. Clean up was done after the job, and truthfully I only found one shingle nail in the garden after they cleaned up.

We have a flat roof, which makes it difficult to find a company that has the expertise to complete a job like this for a residence. Right from the start, The Haines Group were professional, extremely helpful, and took the time to explain the products available and their recommendations for our roof. Their pricing was excellent, with high quality products. Although we were not home when they installed the roof, upon returning we were extremely happy with the results. They kept the area extremely clean, and were very meticulous, paying attention to the tiniest details. And being local, just added to our experience. They followed up to make sure we were happy, and took the time to make us feel like our job mattered. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
