Right from the start, our experience with Flooring Canada Simcoe was great! Tim personally came out to our Office Building, and told us what would be the most appropriate product for commercial use. After the ordering and the delivering of our product, the install crew from Flooring Canada showed up not long after, and completed their work on a very timely basis. The workmanship and overall quality of the flooring and install was way higher than expected by anyone. Since the install, the flooring has has had no problems at all, and the quality is great. I highly recommend Flooring Canada Simcoe to anyone who is doing a renovation or building a new house, you will be treated with upmost respect and quality of service.

We were extremely pleased with the service from Flooring Canada. Because we had two different sections of our main floor to do, they were very cooperative in terms of arranging the installation schedule over two days to allow us to move furniture. The installation was done efficiently, and clean-up afterward was excellent. Overall, we would highly recommend this company.

First of all we would like to thank Dave and his brother John for a spectacular job installing our dark grey ledge rock fireplace. Dave and John were careful, meticulous, and very concerned for the final outcome. We had to work with a stone that was not consistent in colour even though the dye lot's were considered to be the same, the colour variation was vast and noticeably different. Dave and John mitre cut the corners very carefully to near perfect on a stone that was naturally varied in thickness. We had a vision of this 10' fireplace when we planned it 2 years ago and after our initial experience we were losing hope. Dave and John were the second attempt and they brought our faith and vision a million miles forward. We had a first attempt at installing our Fireplace with ledge rock, and when he got the first 48 inches was complete, the installer stated he would be back once the floating Mantle was in place. That took all of 10 minutes to instal, but we were disappointed in the workmanship, not level, large spaces between the stone allowing visual on the white back board drywall.. and this was a black/grey stone... then when we advised Flooring Canada of the disappointment, the second installer who was sent took one look and refused to complete it. It was determined that the only fix was to remove what was done and start all over again. It takes a pretty great company like Flooring Canada to realize when a job is not done right and to stand up and put their expert team of David and John to the rescue. KUDO's to David and John and thank you for an awesome fireplace we will be proud to share with all our friends and family. I am placing the before and after pictures for your viewing.You can tell the first job... the fix by David and John has green tape protecting my Mantle

We first dealt with Loretta at Flooring Canada when selecting all of the new flooring, tile and blinds for our new build. She was very helpful and patient and we couldn't be more happy with our choices and how everything came together perfectly, thanks to her professional advise and guidance. We later need their assistance again to remove and replace some damaged hardwood flooring and Steve Frost did an amazing job. Our floor was put back to perfect condition very quickly thanks to Steve. We can't say enough good things about Flooring Canada and especially Loretta and Steve who have taken customer service to the highest level.

The quality of carpeting and workmanship, were exemplary. Ed installed new carpeting on our open staircase. A tedious job to say the least. Tearing out old covering, carpet, underpad, staples, redoing stringers. Trimming around railing spindles, wrapping around each step, waterfall wrap on front of each step. So comfortable walking on the new under padding beneath the carpeting. Ed spent two 8 hour days, straight through without stopping, making sure it was precise. Best decision we made.
