Great staff friendly and hardworking. Did what they said they would do in the quote . Pricing was fair . My only complaint would have been their cleanliness after the job. They left behind some structures I had to deal with and didnt sweep up after cutting some of the vent holes .

Had problems with our tankless water heater. We called them and they had someone here about 2 hours later. Fixed it within 1.5hrs. Now we have hot water again. Thankful for the quick service especially since I have two small children. Service Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The dreaded "No Heat" this morning from the funrace. A call to Causyns Cooling & Heating at 8:30am, had a tech here in the house within 30 minutes, diagnosed and furnace put into safe mode for the time being. 2:30 pm Tech Jason is back with the new pressure switch. All but the $95 diagnostics is covered under warranty that I had thought had expired last year. Thanks for great Service

Technician was fabulous. Unfortunately first time using them 4 years ago, took ten days to get part in and lots of follow up calls to keep them on top of the supplier: Part cost was $158. Second and last time using, same part, two weeks to get part in, same conversations with no follow up and cost of part more than doubled. Would not recommend to anyone who prefers to not be without heat for two weeks in the winter. Time to find a new supplier guys. Prices too high for such poor service.

So, heres how it was for me. Called for emergency job on a sunday night, was told by whoever its much cheaper on regular hours for a service call (understandable) and to call back in morning if we needed assistance still since we didnt want to pay the ridiculous fee. Monday morning arrives, I've worked on the furnace all night and am, get it back up and running myself. Service guys show on their own accord and I tell them I got it running. Again, on their own accord they offer to come in at look at my furnace when not required at this point in time. Service tech, when they left says "I don't feel comfortable charging you". (Rightfully so as they didn't do anything as it's working and were told that). Then today, I get a bill in the mail for work not completed by them. Pretty damn shaddy if you ask me which is sad because when they showed unexpectedly that monday morning and offered to look at furnace even when it was running fine now. I thought and told them that I would call them if I ever had a problem due to what seemed to be great service minded individuals even when their services were no longer required.

Would highly recommend! Our A/C unit quit Sunday night, we called Causyn's Monday and by Wednesday morning they had come to quote us. All installations were done Thursday. Very helpful team, fast, efficient and didn't leave a mess!
