We contacted other companies to come out and take a look at our basement. They were unsure of where the water was coming from and didn't seem too eager to locate the leak. Wet basement guy knew right away where the water was coming from. He continued his search to ensure that his suspicion was correct. Next heavy rainfall after the problem was fixed, we had zero water in the basement. Highly recommend A Wet Basement Guy!

Ed was very helpful. Our basement was basically flooding, we were vacuuming up water every couple hours and through the night to keep it from building up. He waterproofed the whole basement and added a much needed pit and pump. Very happy with the service!

If you have a wet basement, this is who you call. He came to look at my basement that had a leak (obviously). Walked me through everything and gave me advice on what to do even when it was more of a plumping issue. I'd wouldn't call anyone else if I have a basement issue in the future.

So grateful!!! I contacted A Wet Basement Guy on a Saturday Evening after finding one section of an unused basement bedroom soaked as well as a storage closet on the opposite wall. After ripping out the carpet and all the affected drywall we discovered a huge foundation crack. The company responded promptly to get some details and set up a time Monday morning to take a look. Monday morning arrived as scheduled, quickly provided a detailed quote which was by far very reasonable. So reasonable I was in shock as we’ve had nothing but very expensive issues with this home we purchased in 2018. Today they arrived earlier than originally expected which was great as I had just set my entire day aside from noon on for them. Not only did they arrive early they were efficient and quick. Jovial and good spirited guys. I’m so used to contractors taking weeks or months or just never showing back up to finish jobs. This was by far the best experience I’ve had despite being a cruddy situation. I wasn’t left with a mess to clean up like I’m accustom to. So thankful !!

Eddie was fantastic. Very proficient and explained exactly what they would be doing to prevent water from coming in to the basement. I'm very happy with the repair and how quickly he fit me into his schedule and how nice and tidy they left everything. Would definitely recommend!
