M Bilodeau n'était pas capable de me donner de date précise et il a dit qu'il me rappellerait. Il disait avoir beaucoup de contrat et qu'il avait une pénurie d'urethane. Puisque je n'ai pas eu d'autres nouvelles par la suite j'ai décidé de le faire moi même le 12 octobre avant que la température descende sous zéro et que mes tuyaux gèle. M Bilodeau a tenté de me rejoindre hier le 13 octobre pour me dire qu'il aurait des disponibilités finalement le lendemain si je voulais. J'ai rappelé à son bureau et j'ai laissé un message sur la boite vocale que finalement je n'aurais pas besoin de ses services. C'est en me réveillant ce matin que j'ai eu droit à ce beau message en me levant. Je trouve que c'est manqué de professionnalisme. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce genre de message.
