En plus, je ne l'utilise presque pas et on me réponds que la garantie est terminé alors l'eléctricien ne fera plus rien pour moi, et je me fait dire que c'est peut être à cause de mon usage qu'il y a un problème !! C'est déplorable qu'un électricien ne cherche pas plus à résoudre un problème qui est définitivement dû à son installation. M. Tremblay a été avisé chaque fois et encore cette dernière fois. Il me dit qu'il va quand même venir voir et essayer de règler le problème et cela fait déjà + 3 mois maintenant et il ne répond à mes courriels ni à mes appels téléphoniques. Je trouve cette situation aberrant pour des supposés 'professionnels' qui n'ont pas le sense de responsabilité et de qualité de travail.
