Just a great team to work with!!! I had a great experience with R & S Roofing Scarborough! I had to resurface my Spanish tile roof after having some leaks. I worked with R & S Roofing Scarborough, who met me at my house to go over the plan. What made them stand out initially from the other 4 companies I received bids from was the time they spent on my roof going over all of the areas that needed repair before he wrote me an estimate. I had two companies that didn't even get on my roof before they wrote me a bid, which seemed odd to me. He outlined a few different options, from repairing just the section that was leaking to also addressing other areas of my roof that were in disrepair. Once I contracted with them, the process to get the work scheduled and completed was smooth. They were always very responsive. The crew did a great job. Their manager was at my house regularly during the work to make sure everything was going well. In the end, he walked me through the repairs and gave me advise on what to look for to prevent future leaks. These guys run a great roofing operation and I definitely recommend them.
