re-did our whole garage. It was old, falling apart. Leaked, from the bottom to the top. Needless to say, the job was done on time, they were responsive, and we couldn't be happier with our garage now, restored its life span but with amazing quality and looks brand new !!

Detailed oriented company, we had demolition of our previous floors done and needed our sub floor re-done, then installed our marble tiles, never knew there are so many different ways to install a tile, we chose fishbone design. Looks amazing! This company told us 1 week, they honored there word and it was done within the week, just in time for Thanksgiving, We will be using this company in the coming months again we recommend jackson & associates to anyone that needs renovations. Thanks again team jackson.

The project was started in March 2017, permits available in April. The Jackson team said it would take “about 6 months” and issued schedules outlining completion in December 2017. We notified them in May 2018 that we had enough of the delays and would complete the project ourselves. At no time did Jackson indicate that we were the source of delays. There were many issues, here are a few examples: 1. extra charges without our prior approval - into the thousands of dollars 2. debate over what was included in the contract or not 3. quality of work. for example 4+ visits to repair their work on the eves before we gave up on them.
