The insurance company recommended Con-Tech DKI as one of the contracting company, to assist us with the damage assessment and with planning of the repairs. Kyle McGuire was our project manager. Kyle and his team, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, in a very timely, effective, and professional manner. A job very well done!!

After having a flood in our basement last year, Con-Tech was recommended to us through our Insurance. Sean was an amazing help to us, even coming to assess the damages on Christmas Eve. He explained everything to us and made every step of the process flow seamlessly and stress-free. The guys that came out to photograph our damaged goods, remove them, and remove the damaged flooring were fantastic. Although we had to wait nearly a year to start the renovations on our basement, (at the fault of our property management and Covid) Sean and the Con-Tech team were so understanding and made everything work with the schedule we were dealing with. The contractors that did the work were professional, especially dealing with Covid protocols, and took the time to walk us through everything they were doing while keeping our “wants” in mind. The flooring company that was recommended by Sean ended up being amazing! We could not recommend Con-tech more!

The horror of having my laminate flooring completely damaged but thankfully my insurances main contractor was Con-tech. Kyle McGuire was my project manager for the case and he was extremely professional and gave genuine concern by always checking up and making sure things get done in a prompt manner. He and his team came in a fixed every single thing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, they even put felt pads under furniture just so that it doesn't damage the new flooring. Would definitely recommend Con-tech.

We had a sump pump failure in April of this year, flooding our family room and hallway. Our insurance recommended Con-tech DKI. They were quick to respond, moving the furniture and placing heavy duty fans to dry the area before mould developed. The rest of the restoration was completed within the timeframe prepared. Having water damage in the basement never a good thing but once our insurance provider sent Con-Tech, I was amazed at their professionalism, knowledge and speed to get the basement back to it's original state. They worked with our insurance provider to set up dates for the whole job and stuck to them. The technicians have done a very good job. I am happy with the work that has been done. The project manager Kyle, the job scheduler Amanda, and the preparing technicians have been very co-operative and friendly. Technician Kevin has done an excellent job. The one week job was finished within 3 days.
