I just had TWO units installed in my home and.... just WOW! I'd been canvassing for quotes on Google, as well as family and friends, for some time now because of old and broken AC units in my newly purchased home. I was getting some incredibly high prices which left me having to make some sacrifices on installation specs or product quality which was very discouraging. I guess with Facebook's AI system, Quality Breeze's ad popped up in my feed. Now I NEVER click on any FB ads because I always fear I will be spammed in the future but WOW, very glad that I did! From the very start, the person who messaged me on FB was very informative, wasn't pushy with sales at all and was actually very pleasant to exchange messages with. I asked for a phone call back for more information and to confirm the quote that I just received and was very surprised when Bing was able to call me back on a late Saturday afternoon. He later told me that they work 24/7 and didn't have any issues coordinating an appointment. Bing was a total professional in the way he communicated, answered my (sometimes stupid sounding) questions and walked me through every single process from end-to-end. BING IS THE MAN!!! Quality Breeze definitely chose a perfect representative to be client-facing because it made this installation seem effortless. I always knew what to expect, what was being done, how long it would take, how much everything cost (and I have to say, the prices are THE MOST competitive that I've been able to find hands done, while even using premium products like Goodman.) Bing even went as far as writing "no hidden fees" on my invoice to give me the reassurance that the competitive price was, in fact, that price and was exactly what we agreed on. The technicians came on time, to the minute. They were very pleasant to talk to and before I even had a chance to even ask them to cover my hardwood floors, they came in with multiple drop clothes and cardboard to cover my floor and every flight of stairs (one of my units was installed on the 4th floor of a townhouse.) They worked all day, very quietly, was very well organized, replaced EVERYTHING with brand new equipment and came and left without any trace of any garbage or debris. What surprised me most was their close attention to detail, again, WOW! From neatly tucking cables and wires, cutting off extra inches off on the new wall brackets so as not to catch on anything and even the caulking was done meticulously. I can be pretty OCD about things but I was left in awe at how perfect everything was, how easy this process was, how extremely affordable the prices were, how pleasant and professional every representative conducted themselves and how much this left me on such a positive note that I felt the need to share this experience. I'm thoroughly impressed and can go on and on about this experience (and it was an AC unit installation!) but will leave it to you to find out. I imagine they will be consistent and be just as impressive. They really set the bar high for not only HVAC companies but any type of client-facing company. Well done Quality Breeze! I can't thank you enough for making this experience so positive! WOW

My experience with this company has been amazing! My furnace broke down on the wost snow day in the history of Toronto. So we were without any central heating and I tried calling many companies but due to road closures no one was available to replace it anytime soon. Outstanding company to deal with! We called looking for a quote and Steven was able to get all the details he needed to provide a quote over the phone. We needed a new ac unit badly due to the breed of our dogs which struggle in the heat. Steven was very concerned for our pets and was able to scramble a crew later in the evening that same day. I planed to renovate my home from last year, was too busy with work until I got more time in this year. I saw their ADs on Facebook and they quickly respond me. Booked schedule within the same week. They came with proper quotation sheet, explained everything in detail from the first time we met. We even got a cabinet design which I didn't expect to get before paying anything. And it turns out the cabinet they install is exactly same with the drawing. That's out standing experience for sure. Before we book with them we went to check several of their existing project. Cause we plan to live in the house for another 15 years at least so we are very careful on the team we choose. We actually went to check 3 of their project, 2 in Brampton 1 in Vaughan and their sales person is patient with us through out the whole process. Although customer choose to use different level of material but I can tell the work was done perfect, and all the customer are happy with their result which is one of the main reason why I book with them. On the day we signing agreement they notice my water tank was pretty old and recommend me to replace it into tankless. It turns out they have their own professional HVAC team as well. That's definitely surprising to me. Wish I knew this company before then I don't have to go through all the bad experience with Reliance... It was a long story and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs renovation and HVAC service. This is the type of company they don't spend too much money on advertisement and focus on the good work. They deserve more customer.

Hi, On Jan 6, 2022 my 15 year old furnace stopped working. I contacted another large company to look into this as i had a service plan with them. they investigated and determined i had a crack in my heat exchanger and it could not be repaired and the whole furnace needed to be replaced. This large company quoted me $6000 for a new furnace. I then contacted BreezeCome who i had contacted in the past and for the same furnace installation they were able to do it for half of that price. Based on my past interaction with them and their HomeStar reviews i determined they were honest and fair in their prices so i immediately decided to sign up with them for a new furnace. They came on the next business day and installed the new furnace and fixed another problem (AC coils that were leaking) and i was very satisfied with their work.
