Absolutely terrible. Would never ever recommend them. The manager named Ash very arrogant, unprofessional and straight up lied to myself and my husband. They were to come to my home to address a Warranty issue and ended up sending us a $450 bill when we where told by the technician it would be covered. My advice to anyone using these guys. RECORD everything they say to you. It's the only way a customer can prove their lies. They know they got ya and have no problem screwin the customer in the name of money!!

S&T Group was fantastic to work with, from estimator to the installers were great, patient and easy to deal with, we are enjoying the AC on these hot days, Installers were amazing, very clean and very professional, took there time to explain everything to Us and when we had questions a day or two later they called us back and walked us through it. With out a doubt best place for your heating and cooling needs.

Had a routine check for our furnace and told Julien about our issues with the far bedrooms not getting enough heat. He took the time to check all the ducts and dampers as well as adjust the furnace blower so it reaches the far rooms. Now we feel the heat! Thanks Julien.

Our Heat Pump is 2 years old (installed Sept 2019). All the staff at S&T Group deserve a 5 star rating - from installation to annual service to the Admin/Coordinating people the serviceman reports to. All excellent! The one star rating is because the line set cover shrunk so much water gets in behind ... and some line cover pieces are no longer secure and could easily blow off. NOW, we have to hire someone to bring a long ladder and calk the plastic line cover to try to hold the pieces securely in place. If calking doesn't work, we will have to replace the line cover with a higher quality one - at our expense. This BEGS THE QUESTION - why isn't a high quality cover used at the time of installation? Our Trane heat pump has 3 interior units connected to the one exterior unit. At the time of installation, we also needed a new 200 amp electrical panel box because there were no empty slots on the old 200 amp panel box. Total cost (parts and labor to install) was close to $19,000. That much money and 2 years later we have a serious problems due to line cover shrinkage!!! Totally unacceptable. I learned that the cover is much more than aesthetics. It protects the system from weather & UV which will break down the insulation over time. I hope this information is helpful.

We had a heat pump installed one year ago and today we had it's yearly service check. Julian Clement was the service man and he was the most pleasant service guy we have ever had. He listened to all that we asked with genuine interest to know any problems we may be having and attended to them all. He assured us that if we had any problem we could call S&T and there would be someone to help with it. This whole experience with the heat pump and S&T has been positive. Thank you Julian.

Two young men came in, installed a new furnace. Very respectful, very clean, patient in explaining new thermostat. I was very impressed with them and all they did, it took a while but they were very proficient and accommodating. Thank you!!
