The floor drain appeared to be blocked, and I had some minor flooding in a storage area under my garage. I called to ask for a service call, and the repairman was here within the hour. They assess the situation, and continually wondered why the house did not have a sump hole. After an unsuccessful attempt to unclog the drain with a snake, he began to search the area for a sump hole, which I assured him I knew of no such thing existing. he first went to the area where the water meter was located, and began tapping the ceramic tiled floor, discovering an area that seemed to be hollow. Apparently, the previous home-owner had tiled over both the back-water valve pit and the sump pit. Chris (the repairman) ask my permission to break out the tiles (which obviously needed to be done), and located both pits with little damage to the ceramic tile. He then proceeded to clear the drain with ease, and the floodwater flowed out of the storage area. He did it all in quick time with little mess to clean. I was impressed with his professionalism, rapport, and expertise. I would have no problem recommending Mr. Rooter for anyone's plumbing needs.

I was cleaning out my sewer line - a yearly task to clean out roots when the head cleaner broke off in the drain on extraction. Now I have the sewer obstructed. Called Mr. Rooter and within 45 minutes Bill ( owner ) was on site, used the camera to spot the errant cleaner head and had it extracted in minutes. My greatest fear was digging up the front lawn. Very disappointed called for emergency plumbing services offered to pay 4 times amount to have issue fixed was told Plumber would call waiting 3 days with no response call to complain and they say sorry that is answering services fault.
