James is nice enough but he is inexperienced installing simple subway tile. He was supposed to start the job on Tuesday. Showed up without proper tools to start the project (which should have been our warning sign) Thursday he finally showed and started to install subway backsplash. What a disaster to say the least. You can see by the pictures that he didn't know what he was doing. We are out the $750 that he took to start the job but I wasn't to concerned about it. I just didn't want him to continue the job and totally ruin the more expensive tile that we have to be installed under our range hood. My husband is now removing the disaster of the install and we have to order more tile in order to have the job done correctly. I WOULD NOT USE GREAT LAKES FLOORING FOR TILE INSTALLATION OF ANY KIND.
