Out of 4 other competitors, we made our appointments with all companies about 1 month in advance. The only one that kept there appointment was Blue Flame Gas. After they gave me my estimate I called them with a question which was answered same day. The other 4 companies did not seem to want a $15,000 dollar sale so I went with Blue Flame. Even the office staff was very friendly. So far so good, I am scheduled for our installation in about 2 weeks

Terrible customer service. 30 minutes late for my quote. Waited a week to get paperwork for my financing and snotty on the phone because I hadnt responded to something I DID NOT recieve. Blue Flame will not get my business now. Arguing with me doesn't sit well.

Blue flame came today on time, very professional, good service after installing my new furnace went over everything with me, no extra charges for anything price quoted was price paid very happy.
