I have dealt with L & L for 5 years, and they are always available to answer questions and provide service. They are very knowledgeable of the products they install, and their operation when it comes to servicing/repairing them. This year, I had an experience dealing with a customers furnace which L & L weren't overly familiar with (they didn't supply the brand). They happily referred me to another company, as they were looking out for my best interests. I have had many dealings with Wade where he has walked me through how the controls on the thermostat work (and how to properly set/ change them), and has explained the home owners responsibility of self maintenance for prolonging the life of the furnace/ A/C unit/ HVAC system. They have also done several installs/ service of A/C units for me, and there have not been any issues. I always highly recommend L & L cooling and heating when clients need somewhere to go. - Brodie

Incredibly honest and considerate of me the client. Our furnace died before bed this winter, thankfully it wasnt too cold outside. I Called late and after a great conversation we decided to wait until the morning, at their suggestion, rather than be burdened with emergency call fees. THANKFULLY! Matt showed up ON TIME, was very professional, answered my many questions and provided some education on how our problem could have happened. Recommend using these guys if your furnace is causing issues, you wont be disappointed. Im keeping them on my call list.

I called to have a humidifier installed in our furnace. The person on the phone was helpful and was able to set up an appointment in only a couple of days. The tech who arrived was very patient and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered additional advice and insight into the operation of my furnace and the new humidifier. The work they did was very clean and completed quickly. I will definitely go back to them for any future service.

I phoned L&L heating & Cooling ( they had been to my house a few years before) and I talked with Wade regarding my furnace and why it wasn't running on the heating schedule I programmed. I had tried replacing the batteries in the thermostat, had already replaced the filter the previous month, reset the breaker, opened the door to the furnace and reset the on and off switch in there ( whatever that was? ) He then asked a few questions and fixed the problem within a few minutes! Very kind, very professional, and I'm very impressed!! Thank you thank you!

So with the heat wave that we have been dealing with this last week, it's been really hard on all the air conditioning units I am sure. Well mine broke down of course the day I was leaving to go camping. Frantically trying to organize I had called a few places and came up with L&L heating & cooling under recommendation. Not only were they prompt to answer, Wade was also knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was also able to give me an idea about what likely was going on. They worked with me to contact the person that was watching my house and was there within a couple hours. This allowed me to still enjoy my weekend camping withy mind at ease. Definitely recommend!

I phoned L & L, on a referral, as our furnace quit in middle of February. A technician showed up within the hour. He brought a box of 6 portable heaters in, to heat our home. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The part came in and he installed it. Matt noticed other issues with the furnace, contacted the warranty company. He got us a brand new furnace. A couple says later Brian and another gentleman showed up at 8am. Brian was all finished cleaned up and gone by the time I got home at 3pm. My Wife and I felt totally Blessed by the service that we received by everyone involved. The warrany company covered 100% of the bill. We weren't charged a dime!! I don't usually write comments on these sights but this was up and above the call of duty. I had never met anyone at this company before and am not a family member. You won't be disappointed. ????

On one of the coldest days this Winter, my furnace decided to stop working and L & L customer service over the phone was great and then the repair tech they sent over was equally impressive. He even gave me tips and pointers for things to try the next time if something similar were to happen again.
