Poor service. Bought sticky pins and specially asked if i if return any unused and was told yes. Went to return and they wanted to refund only $200 when i paid $500. Wont be going back. Made money when sell stuff and then want to make more on returns too. And sold me glue for pitting metal pins on metal building that wont even stick to metal. So much for knowledgable staff.

I am not a builder but a home owner who wants to improve their home. I went to Wallace as it was recommended by a employee of HD for assistance with inventory they don't have. The male employee I worked with at Wallace was an absolute grouch and was not courteous or helpful at all. He would not let me ask simple questions, was dismissive, and rude. I could not believe he would talk to anyone that way. Is it because I am a girl? Is it because I was not a huge client? Either way you don't treat other people with such disregard. I told my husband about the experience, who works in construction, and he said, "Oh yah, Wallace is hard to deal with." Still disappointed days later.
