Had a tech waste my afternoon that I took off work to complete a quote. Had the conversation that I was doing the work as apart of the energy rebate, which has 90 days window to complete all work. Didn't hear back from the tech for weeks, even after emailing and calling the office. Finally tells me that we are too busy. Thanks for wasting 1 month of my time and now I won't be qualify for the energy rebates. Poor customer relation and care.
