Oct 2020: Mark and his team from Integrity Insulation just finished a job for us and we couldn't be happier. Communication with the company was easy and I never had to call back to get a response. They showed up when they said they would, as promised. Did a fabulous job and made sure they were careful around our furniture and walls. NOT ONCE did their work boots touch our floors! They had sheets laid down from the front door to the attic door and made sure they vacuumed any "spillage". Very professional. Mark explained everything they were going to do. Told us how long it would take and they did it on that time frame. Showed us what the space looked like prior to their work. Then pictures of the completed work. Now, after 4 years, our main bathroom is warm and draft free! If you need any insulation done, call Mark and his team at Integrity! You will be very happy! Update (Feb 2021): With the recent drop in temperature, we realize how valuable Mark and Integrity were to us back in Oct. With the temperatures where they are, our furnace would normally be set at 2 to 3 degrees warmer. Sometimes higher, depending how cold it is outside. Their work is clearly a valuable and worthwhile investment! No thanks to the company that previously did "work" for us. I'd love to say their name, but I guess that's poor etiquette. Hmm.....Just think of Bob and Doug McKenzie and the Great White North. Thank you so much Integrity!

I would highly recommend Integrity Insulation to anyone looking to have insulation work done. Mark was very professional and responsive with every question that I had. He explained everything that would be completed and the time it would take. This information was very accurate, the team was in and did their work and done and cleaned up in about 2 hours - which is what he said it would take. They laid down sheets everywhere that they had to walk and vacuumed up after they removed the sheets of any excess product/dirt. I am very satisfied with the work they completed.

Integrity insulation added insulation to all attics in my 4 split home. They were very friendly, answering any questions I had. They were considerate when my baby was sleeping to not make too much noise. And at the end, the quality of work was good and they cleaned up afterwards nicely which was very appreciated!!
