Bad communication and what was essentially a mailbox quote. I don't mind paying more for a good project, but I felt like they just threw a number at me without any explanation. When I followed up to discuss the quote the person I spoke to at Imperial treated me like I was wasting his time.

I was thoroughly impressed by Imperial Roofing. The men and the lady were amazing - quick, proficient, professional and cared about their work. They also did an amazing clean up job afterwards. Wouldn't have even known they were there (except for the beautiful new roof). I would not hesitate to recommend Imperial Roofing to any of my friends or family. Imperial Roofing well exceeded my high expectations and had every little detail covered. It's nice to see a company take such pride in providing great customer service.

One of their drivers crossed the line and smoked my buddys tow mirror off, they tried to hit and run, my buddy chased him down and called the owner of the company, owner told him to kick rocks and he refuses to pay. Disgusting excuse for a company owner when there were 2 other witnesses in the vehicle. loser

The workers did a good job. Only half the job was done. Was tired of waiting to get the rest done. For what they did do. Very Exspensive.
