I called Carosyl when I was granted custody over 2 children, desperately needed another room built in my home. When explaining the circumstances Sylvain did not hesitate to ensure he would help, to my surprise he gave this family the best gift ever. His donation to my family was definitely the much needed financial assistance I needed. His workers were punctual, amazing with all those little details that I had never thought of and VERY efficient with the time it took. Within 1 week all my children had their own space and this family can now begin to find some tranquility and peace. Our new normal ! Sylvain came over every day to ensure everything was in order and always explained the next steps. I am so very thankful and grateful to have met these honest, hard working, exceptional people.

We contacted Sylvain for a quote to complete 3-levels out of our 4-level split home. The work included the remodeling of a bathroom and kitchen, electrical and plumbing work, removal of a load bearing wall, and repairs/cosmetic work in the other rooms. - Shortly after contacting Sylvain he completed an inspection of our house based on the work we wanted done. - He quickly provided us with an INCREDIBLY detailed and organized quote for the work, which we found extremely helpful. - His crew of workers worked efficiently and were very tidy. We appreciated the time they took to minimize and clean the dust and construction debris at the end of the day. - Throughout the project he was always available to answer any of our questions/concerns via text and/or email. Communication was always timely. - As the project progressed, we wanted additional work completed that was not part of the original contract and he was willing to take it on and provide us with a very reasonable time frame for its completion. - As new homeowners we found him to be immensely helpful in guiding us through the renovation process from permits to design planning. Timely completion of this project was especially important to us since we were living in the basement during the renovations and expecting a child. We are incredibly pleased that the work has been completed before the baby’s arrival. We are also beyond satisfied with Sylvain’s professionalism and the quality of work completed. We have already recommended him to friends and coworkers.

Used this company for a full main level renovation, supporting wall removal and kitchen remodel. I am very happy with results. Sylvain was very attentive and always had a quick response to any of my questions or concerns. The work was very well coordinated with no down time in between jobs, from demo, adding beam and supports, drywall installation, painting, and floor install. The workers were tremendous, from time management, showing up on time every day, to cleaning up at the end of each day, while keep my space maintainable and liveable. The final result was very high quality and fit to my custom likings. The company was incredibly professional and by the books (no short cuts were taken). And the payment plan was nicely organized and well structured, you did not pay for each service until that service had started, making you aware where your money was going. Would definitely recommend.

I hired Carosyl for some major structural Reno's at my home. They were reasonably priced and did not hit me with additional costs at any point from start to finish. They billed me exactly what they had quoted. Although this should be a given but from my past experiences, there's always a discrepancy and always ends up costing more with other contractors for some justifiable reason! I believe Carosyl was accurate because they took the time to ask me all the right questions and learn exactly what I needed. The second other point I was really impressed with was their time frame. I did not hear "we'll try to squeeze you in". I understand being busy, but as a customer and as a humanbeing I dont want to hear anyone telling me they'll squeeze me in unless they are working for free lol. Carosyl booked a date and showed up. This simply showed me that they are very well organized with excellent time management skills. Latly, their time frame. Not only was the job executed on time, it was complete on the exact date promised. This was a big one for me and I'm sure any home owner would agree... I've had other contractors in the past that were here for so long past their deadline I thought they might as well get a room here. In conclusion, they are honest, they keep their promise. They are professional and knowledgeable, reasonable and very curtious and friendly. They will give you options and will go out of their way to educate you on what is going on and they will give you genuine advise. They will tell you not to spend your money if there is a better alternative they will not hesitate to pass up on extra work if it's not best for you as customer. I really liked that about them. Not only that, some minor things they will coach you on how to get it done yourself should you wish to venture there. That was awesome for me. I am really impressed with this company and I would recommend them, I have already recommended them to my close friends and family.
