On vous fait miroiter un prix compétitif, ensuite, l'incompétence valse avec une facture salée qui dépasse de plus de deux fois l'estimé original et ce, sans surprise de travaux, sans dépassement de temps, sans qu'il y ait eu des imprévus. Rien à faire, payer la facture et se dire...plus jamais...Voir photo pour exemples...lors de l'installation d'une toilette neuve, l'entrée d'eau existante n'a pas été utilisée malgré sa fonctionnalité, le plombier a plutôt opté pour m'en installer une nouvelle à coté et à mes frais...la deuxième photo? Oui, il fallait bien faire un grand trou à coté du trou existant pour installer ce meuble de lavabo à un nouvel endroit donc, plomberie neuve et multiples trous dans le meuble neufs...je vous laisse imaginer l'état des lieux après le départ, tous les morceaux de plomberies laissés partout...Avant d'écrire ce commentaire, j'ai tenté d'obtenir une communication avec les responsables de la compagnie...rien, pas même un suivi ou retour. ***** 3 mois plus tard.....fuite de la toilette qui a été installée...fuite de la deuxième entrée d'eau installée...Votre réponse propriétaire est totalement vide de sens et de mauvaise foi. Je dois refaire faire la job par un plombier compétent. Et pour être claire...estimé de départ 700$ max 900$ Facture finale 1800$ *****

(Original) Remplacement de vieux tuyaux en acier et en fonte. Le plombier a récupéré des tuyaux en ABS du bon diamètre qui traînaient chez moi et pourtant il m'a fait payer pour des tuyaux neufs. Mais le meilleur, c'est qu'il a finalement réutilisé des tuyaux existants (alors qu'ils étaient pleins de graisse). Ce que j'ai découvert quelques mois plus tard. Au final, c'est comme payer 3 fois le matériel. Le travail a été fait au plus vite. Le plombier voulait pas revenir un jour de plus mais le coût final a quand même été bien supérieur à la soumission. Mon avis : plombier OK pour de petits travaux (brancher un lave-vaisselle, déboucher les toilettes) mais pas plus ! Pour la réponse qui suit : une compagnie soucieuse de son service client prendrait ses responsabilités et répondrait au minimum quelque chose comme "nous sommes désolés, nous allons prendre des mesures pour éviter que cela se reproduise..." et ne sous-entendrait pas que ses clients mentent.
