We had a very good experience working with Construction LCE for a big house renovation. We were provided with honest and transparent advice in the design phase and enjoyed open and frequent communication throughout the project. Despite some unforeseen delays with suppliers due to Covid, Larry and Nadia did their utmost to help and made us feel very well taken care of.

After having roof damage, I needed someone to fix my daughters bedroom ceiling and my living room ceiling. After shopping around I found that LCE gave me the price that was in my budget. Since I’ve experienced other companies for previous jobs, this one was the best company I’ve ever dealt with thus far. He is my go to contractor for everything moving forward. He was on time to get the job started. Very professional and finished the job on time as well. Very clean. Very trustworthy in my opinion. I recommend Larry to whole family and to all my friends.

This contractor works for Rona doing installations. Rona had quoted me $150 approx. to replace a bedroom door and the frame. When LCE came to my house to verify what was needed, he told me it was a simple 30 min. job. Rona called me a few days later with a quote of $327 which means a rate of almost $500 per hour. I mean just to replace a door and the frame? I called LCE directly for an explanation and he never bothered calling me back. I complained to Rona and ended up cancelling the installation and getting back my deposit.

We hired Construction LCE this summer to renovate our bathroom and build an extension on the house & a deck. It was our first renovation project and we couldn’t be happier that we choose them! Not only was Larry and Nadia always available, attentive and reassuring, the entire team was professional, solution-oriented and efficient (and also just very nice people!). I have no good comments to make about this contractor. We had a contract with him, he started the job but never finished. When we started to ask questions to see if he would finish the job, he never answered. We had to send a registered letter, which he responded that he would finish the job. We set up a meeting to reset the relationship and set up new timeline that he agreed. Same day, he picked up his tools. As agreed during this meeting, I sent him some documents and he never responded. After few emails, still no response. We sent him a second registered letter and he never responded. The job is half done, and outside house was left unprotected. We had the work that he done inspected by a third party building inspector and most of the work was not done properly. The contractor and his team always had excuses or reasons not to come or not to do the job as requested. Overall, I would certainly not recommend this contractor. I gave one star because the system doesn't allow me to give none.

This company was doing repairs on a building next to my house. They caused damaged on my building. I had a handshake deal with them to repair the damages - they ran off and never came back. Crooked company. The first 5 star rating in the LCE reviews here is from the owner himself - Larry - gives you an idea... and NO I have not mistaken the company.
