My father, an old man, slammed the door of his house and stayed outside. It's not easy for an old man. I was so worried. I do have a spare key, but I live far away. I contacted Blainville Locks & Doors and asked how long they would be able to reach my father's house. They said they would be there in less than an hour. And they did. They broke the lock. At least my father could go into the house. At my request, Blainville Locks & Doors went out to buy an new lock and installed it. They agreed not to receive payment from my father, and to wait for my transfer to their account. The price was reasonable. Excellent attitude, courteous and generous service.
