Promise to show up to do the work and several times did not show up without notice or phone to warn. We were told that everything was going to be installed and each time no one showed up. Take care because I have the impression that if you don't have a big roofing contract to do, we are not too important, we had gutters to do. Nous avons fait affaire avec Jérémy Flamand et nous avons été très patient et concilient. Promesse de se présenter pour effectuer les travaux et plusieurs fois ne s'est pas présenté sans avis ni téléphone pour avertir. On nous disais que le tout allait être installé et à chaque coup personne ne se présentait. Nous devions constamment appeler pour avoir un suivi de notre installation. Nous avons attendus plus de 2 mois et finalement nous avons fait affaire avec un autre entrepreneur. Prenez garde car j'ai l'impression que si vous n'avez pas un gros contrat de toiture à faire on est pas trop important, nous on avait des gouttières à faire faire. Merci et espérons qu'il y aie une prise de conscience vis-à-vis mon expérience.
