Great Experience! We called Elgin Exterior Renovations (EER) in late April, 2020, after a medium rain resulted in a leak that wet the ceiling in our entryway. We had called other companies about the repair, but they were either indifferent to our need for immediate assistance or wanted $$$ just to come look. EER came the morning after we called (yes it was raining) and went up on the roof. We got an on-the-spot estimate, a reasonable one, and the work was done within a week. The repair included sensible extra touches as part of the service. No more leaks! We recommend EER!
