Quite simply in both my and my wife's opinion, the best team of fine, friendly, and capable people for expert installs, skilled service, and fair pricing. And bonus: also ask owner, Tyler, to bring his ballglove with him. Though his batting avg record was a lowly .667, Ty can still throw a wicked knuckleball. Ouch.

We had our AC break on one of the hottest days of the year with 5 pets and a newborn at home. Our house was 30 inside and everyone was miserable.. Hugh's was able to come out and check our AC for us very quickly - we did not feel for one second that we were being taken advantage of or trying to be upsold like some companies would do. They offered to fix it first however we decided to just replace it in the end and they were quick and efficient with this too. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful all around. We will recommend them to anyone we know with HVAC issues!

Hugh's was absolutely amazing. Our furnace stopped around midnight on a night that was minus 25 degrees and we had a six month old in the house. After being up from one am we called at 7:15am to leave a vm. Even though they don't open until 8am Karen answered the phone and said she would try to get someone out right away. Randy was at our house by 9am and assessed the problem within a half hour. He said he could probably get the part that day and would call and be back when he knew. By two pm (even though we missed the call back) he was at our door with the part to repair our furnace (a specialty motor no less). My parents waited 8 weeks for a fan for their fridge during the summer, from a different company, fir over 8 weeks! I can't believe they were able to source the part and get it repaired on a friday. And the price was definitely fair! We dealt with Karen and Randy, and both were polite, professional and efficient! Randy was very nice and took the time to answer some questions we had about replacing our furnace in the future aswell. So grateful they were able to help us!!

They’ve done work for 3 different homes we owned. They are honest, loyal, and follow through on their work. The owner TY makes sure your happy with his work. Great clean up afterwards. Recommended them to my son recently who had a problem with his furnace during this cold spell. He was initially frustrated with the first visit from a worker who showed up to fix his furnace but to no avail. The owner followed through and got the job done. He is now a life long customer and we will always be. I recommend this place to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Had Hughes plumbing replace my Reliance hot water tank rental with theirs. These guys were EXCELLENT! The type of exhaust pipe that was there no longer met the new code. Other installers told me that they would have to rip open my basement drywalled ceiling to replace it. These guys got it done by just sliding the old pipe out of position, and sliding in a new one. These guys are true tradesmen. Also their rental price is much better than Reliance. Great service at a better price! What else could you ask for?

Can’t say enough positive things about this company. Two time customer. Once for new install hook up of a gas line for our pool heater and another time to service our aging home AC equipment. I’ll be calling them for replacement of said equipment when it fails for good. Always pleasant and personal. Always willing to fully discuss deficiency issue, so you know what’s wrong and what is being done to correct. Ty and his crew know their business really well and I’d recommend to anyone.

Fri July 19. 34 C and our AC stopped cooling. Phoned for service at 4pm, truck arrived half hour later, quickly diagnosed problem and had repair done within the hour. Explained whole process, tested failed part, a capacitor, while I watched. Finally, went over invoice explaining all pricing from the service call, part, taxes. Completely satisfied and would absolutely be the first one to call again when needed. Excellent efficient service, something in itself that is hard to come by this day in age!
